Bus Passes
Bus pass requests must be turned into the office by 9:30 am. Students can retrieve their pass from the office during lunchtime.
Students can ride another bus or get off their bus at an alternate stop with written permission from a parent.
*Please note that transportation does NOT allow bus passes on Fridays*
Bus pass requests must include:
• Student Name
• Bus Route Number
• Name of person student is traveling with or where they are going (ie. Grandma’s house, library)
• Street address of where student is traveling
• Emergency phone number for parent
• Parent’s signature
